I charge by how much space your stuff takes in my truck, not by the piece. A typical appliance takes up about a quarter of my truck load. A fridge or a chest freezer is closer to a third.

• One appliance — usually $100–$150 depending on size and how easy it is to get to.
• Full house of appliances — kitchen, laundry, basement freezer, the works — $350–$500.
• Extra charges — If your appliance is in a basement with narrow stairs, a crawlspace, or behind a parked car, that takes more time. I'll tell you upfront if there's an extra fee, not when I show up.

I take cash, e-transfer, or credit card. I'll send you a receipt.

Why Not Just Haul It Yourself?

A lot of folks in Beiseker have a truck or a trailer. I get that. But the Drumheller landfill charges for appliance disposal, and you've got to drive it all the way out there. Plus, fridges and freezers need the doors taken off or strapped shut, and if you're moving a washer, you're dealing with water still in the lines.
