I don't cherry-pick. If it's a broken fridge from 1992 that's been sitting in your Quarry Lake garage for three years, I'll take it. If you've got a stack of old appliances from a reno, I'll take the whole pile.

What It Costs

Pricing is straightforward. I charge by how much space your stuff takes in my truck, not by some formula based on "appliance type."

• One standard appliance (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove): usually around $100–$140
• Fridge or freezer (heavier, bulkier, and I have to tape the doors): $140–$180
• Multiple appliances in one trip: I stack them and you pay for the space they take — usually less per item than single pickups

I give you the price before I unload a single thing. If it's higher than you expected, tell me. I can usually work with it.

The Local Part

I know De Winton. I know that Pine Creek has those long driveways that can be tight for turning around. I know that some of the acreages off 194 Avenue have gates and dogs and gravel roads that turn to soup in spring. I know that if you're in Springbank Hill Estates, you probably want me in and out quick without a big truck sitting in front of your place all afternoon.

Everything goes to a recycling and disposal facility south of Calgary. Freon gets pulled from fridges and freezers legally. Metals get separated and sold for scrap.
