How the Job Works — No Surprises

I run a two-person crew. We do all the lifting and carrying. You don't need to help. We'll walk through with you first, point out anything tricky (tight corners, steep stairs, icy walkways in winter), give you a firm price, and then we get to work. We load everything into my truck, sweep up any debris, and haul it away to the dump or recycling centre.

Pricing depends on how much space your furniture takes up in the truck. A single armchair might run you around $89. A full three-piece living room suite with a coffee table is closer to $200-$250. A whole house clearance — furniture in every room — can go $400-$600 depending on the load. I don't charge hidden fees for stairs or heavy items. I quote you the full price before we start, and that's what you pay.

If you're in a Cochrane townhouse or condo complex — places like Greystone Village, Riverview, or the new builds near The Quarry — check your condo bylaws first. Some complexes restrict truck access or have specific loading zones. I've dealt with all of them, so just let me know where you are and I'll sort it out.
