That price covers the labor, the cleanup and sweep-up after we load, the disposal fees at the dump, and donation drop-offs for anything that's still usable. There's no hourly clock running and no surprise line items. If you've got mattresses, tires, concrete, fridges, or anything that needs a long carry or stairs, I'll flag that when you call — those carry an extra fee, and I'll tell you the number before I ever set foot on the property.

I don't haul wet paint, chemicals, or anything hazardous. If you've got that mixed in, I'll point you in the right direction for disposal in Airdrie — I'd rather you know than have me turn it away at the gate.

What I don't do: dump and dash

I've seen too many businesses get burned by a crew that loads the truck, pockets the cash, and dumps the load in a vacant lot off the QEII or behind a strip mall. That's not how I operate. Do you give a quote before you come out? Yes. You tell me what you have and roughly how much space it takes up, and I'll quote you off the truck-space pricing over the phone. If it turns out to be more or less than expected when I see it, I'll adjust — but you'll know the number before I start loading.

Can you handle a full office or storefront cleanout in one visit? Usually, yes. A full truck is $500, and most Airdrie offices and small retail spaces fit within one or two loads. If it's a bigger space, we'll plan it out so you're not paying for more than one visit.

Do you take things to donation for my business? Yes. If you've got usable furniture, shelving, or equipment, I'll drop it at a donation centre as part of the job. It's included in the price.
