Balzac isn't a quiet bedroom community anymore — it's one of the busiest growth corridors in the Calgary area. New builds are going up around CrossIron Mills, along the Metis Trail corridor, and back into the older acreages off Balzac Gate and Centre Street North. Every one of those projects leaves a pile of debris that somebody has to deal with. That's where I come in.

I'm TJ, and I run a small junk removal outfit that handles construction and renovation waste right here in Balzac. I'm not a big corporate hauler with a call centre.
