Bragg Creek is a different kind of estate cleanout job than you'd find in a city subdivision. A lot of the homes here sit on five or ten acres up Cochrane Road or back off the highway toward West Bragg Creek, and that changes everything about how the job runs.

The houses themselves are often older — cabins built in the 70s and 80s that were added onto over the years, or proper log homes that have been in one family for generations. On cleanout day we work in stages. We clear the living spaces first so you can move through the house safely, then work out to the shops and yard. We sort as we go: donations to the Bragg Creek and area charities and the Calgary thrift stores, recycling where it makes sense, and everything else goes in the truck. You tell me what's staying and what's going, and I respect that line absolutely.

I give you a firm quote after I've seen the place, and I stick to it.
