Pricing is straightforward: I charge by how much space your furniture takes up in the trailer. A single couch or mattress is the minimum load. A full basement of furniture is closer to a full trailer. I'll quote you over the phone or in person — no surprises.

What I can take: Couches, sectionals, mattresses, box springs, bed frames, dressers, tables, chairs, desks, bookshelves, entertainment units, patio furniture. I don't take electronics or appliances unless they're part of a larger furniture load — call me first on those.

What I can't take: Paint, chemicals, tires, or hazardous waste. Those need to go to the Spy Hill facility or a city drop-off.

A Note on Balzac Addresses and Timing

Rocky View County addresses can be confusing. Your municipal address might say Balzac but your actual house could be closer to Airdrie or Crossfield. That's fine — I know the area. I service everything from the metal recycling plant on Highway 566 down to the new developments off Balzac Gate.

I usually book a week out, but if you need something gone sooner, call and ask. I've done same-day pickups in Balzac when the schedule allowed.

Disposal — Where It Actually Goes

I haul everything back to my yard, sort what can be donated or recycled, and take the rest to the landfill. Furniture in decent condition — clean, no tears, no stains — I try to keep out of the dump. If your old couch still has life in it, I'll take it to a local charity or secondhand shop. No extra charge for that.
