2. I give you a flat price over the phone. No hourly rate, no fine print. If I'm hauling a single couch from a main floor in Lakeside Greens, that's one price. If I'm hauling a full three-bedroom house worth of furniture from a basement on Centre Street, that's another. I'll tell you upfront.
3. We pick a time. I usually can get to Strathmore homes within a couple of days. If you need it done faster, just ask.
4. I show up with my truck and a couple of helpers if it's a big job. We load everything, sweep up the area, and take it all away.
5. Whatever can be donated — good-condition furniture — I take to the Strathmore Salvation Army or the Mustard Seed. Anything broken or worn out goes to the Strathmore landfill or gets recycled if possible.

What I Won't Do

I won't quote you one price and show up charging more. I won't leave a mess. And I won't try to upsell you on services you don't need. If you've got one old armchair you want gone, that's fine. I don't have a minimum.

A full truckload of furniture from a basement or upstairs — that's $500 for a full truck, and if there are stairs or long carries involved, that extra fee is included in your quote up front.
