Garage Cleanout in Balzac, Alberta

If you live in Balzac, you know the drill. The garage starts as a place for the truck and the snowblower, and somewhere along the way it becomes the spot where everything that doesn't have a home goes to wait. What actually piles up in Balzac garages

How a garage cleanout works out here

The job itself is straightforward, but the details matter when you're in Balzac.

On cleanout day, I bring a crew and the truck right to your driveway. We pull everything out, sort it as we go, and load it. You don't lift a finger unless you want to. I take the recyclables to the right places — metal goes to the scrapyard, tires get recycled, electronics get handled properly. What's left goes to the landfill, and I make sure the load is legal and covered so nothing blows out on the QEII.

Most garage cleanouts in Balzac take a couple of hours. The big ones — the ones where the garage has become a de facto storage shed for a decade — might take half a day. I'll give you a realistic timeline when I quote it.

What it costs

I don't do per-hour pricing because it punishes you for having a messy garage. I price by the load and the size of the job.

A smaller cleanout — a single stall, mostly bags and boxes — usually runs an eighth to a quarter truck, so $100 to $150. Tires carry a small extra fee, and I tell you that upfront. A full two-car garage that's been accumulating for years runs more, because it's more truck space, more trips, more sorting. I'll tell you the number before we start, and that's the number you pay.

One thing I won't do is quote you cheap and then add fees for "hazardous" or "oversized" items halfway through. The price I give you covers what's in your garage. Period.
