Junk Removal That Actually Knows Balzac

Balzac isn't like the rest of Calgary's bedroom communities. You've got the big retail draws like CrossIron Mills and New Horizon Mall, sure. But most of the people I work with live out on acreages, in the older homes around Balzac Village, or in the newer developments near Harvest Hills and Coventry Hills that spill north across the city limit. That mix means junk removal here looks different than what I do in Airdrie or Cochrane.

How the Job Works Out Here

Balzac's a bit spread out. If you're on an acreage east of Highway 2, I need to know if there's a long driveway or a gate I should watch for. If you're in a newer development off 144 Avenue, I need to know if there's strata rules about truck access or loading hours. None of that's a problem — I just need a heads-up so I'm not stuck trying to turn a trailer around in a tight spot.

I give you a firm price over the phone or text. I don't pad it once I see the pile. I load everything into my truck, sweep up the area, and take it all to the proper disposal sites — landfill, recycling, donation where it makes sense. You don't follow me anywhere.

What You'll Pay

Pricing depends on how much space your junk takes up in the truck and what it is. A truckload of general household junk runs less than the same space full of construction debris or heavy scrap. I charge by the load, not by the minute, so you're not watching the clock while I work.
