Commercial Junk Removal in Crossfield

Commercial Junk Removal · Crossfield

Free on-site estimates · No card required to book

If you run a business in Crossfield, you know the drill. The town's growing fast — new commercial builds going up along Highway 2A, the industrial lots off East Lake Boulevard filling in — and with growth comes a steady pile of stuff that needs to go. Pallet stacks behind the shop. Old office furniture from a renovation. Construction offcuts from a job that wrapped up weeks ago. That's where I come in.

I'm TJ, and I run TJ's Junk Removal. I do commercial cleanouts across Crossfield — from the shops and trades yards around the grain elevators to the retail fronts on Main Street. No minimums that make you feel silly, no surprise fees at the end, and I sweep up before I leave so your space is actually usable when I'm done.

What Crossfield businesses actually need hauled

Every town has its own flavour of junk, and Crossfield's is tied to what goes on here. A lot of my commercial work comes from:

  • Trades and farm-adjacent businesses — scrap metal, worn-out equipment, old lumber, and the mixed pile that accumulates behind the shop.
  • Retail and restaurant owners on Main Street — old display racks, busted coolers, shelving from a remodel, and the cardboard-and-packing mess that comes with it.
  • Home-based businesses and hobby farms just outside town — broken-down equipment, old fencing, and storage sheds that need clearing out.
  • Landlords and property managers — clearing units between tenants, hauling out abandoned furniture and appliances before a new lease starts.

I don't care if it's one load or a full truck. You tell me what's there, I give you a straight answer, and we get it done.

How the job works in Crossfield

The pricing is simple — it works like Costco. You pick a truck-space bundle, and everything's included: the labor, the hauling, the disposal fees, the donation drop-offs, and the sweep-up. Small load starts at $50, a light load is $100, a small load is $150, a medium load is $250, a heavy load is $375, and a full truck is $500. You know what you're paying before I load the first thing.

A few items carry an extra fee because they cost me extra to dispose of — mattresses, tires, concrete, dirt and brick, and fridges or freezers with Freon. I'll tell you that up front if any of that's in your pile, and I'll never guess at a number I can't back up. Long carries and stairs are the same deal — if your stuff is buried behind the workshop or up a flight, I'll flag it before we start, not after.

What I won't haul, no exceptions: wet paint, chemicals, and anything hazardous. That's not me being difficult — it's a liability thing, and it's the law. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, ask. I'd rather tell you no than cause a problem down the road.

Getting to you without the runaround

Crossfield's a small town, which means you probably don't want a Calgary outfit driving up here with a minimum call-out and a travel surcharge. I don't do travel charges. If you're in Crossfield — the industrial area off East Lake Boulevard, the commercial strip along 2A, or out on the acreages around town — I come to you, quote the bundle, and load it up.

Most commercial jobs I can schedule within a day or two. If it's a big cleanout, I'll bring the right truck size on the first visit so we're not making two trips.

Give me a call at (825) 559-2766 and tell me what you're dealing with. I'll give you a straight price and get your space cleared.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge extra to come out to Crossfield from Calgary?

No. I don't charge travel or distance fees. If you're in Crossfield or the surrounding area, you pay the same bundle price as anyone else.

Can you clear out a whole workshop or warehouse in one visit?

Yes, for most jobs. If it's a full truck or less, I'll bring the right size on the first trip. If it's more than a full truck, I'll tell you honestly and we'll plan a second load.

What if my junk pile has old fridges or scrap metal in it?

Fridges and freezers with Freon carry an extra disposal fee, and I'll quote that before we start. Scrap metal is no problem and gets recycled on my end.

Do you sweep up after a commercial cleanout?

Yes, cleanup and sweep-up are included in every price. When I'm done, your floor is clear and usable — not just the junk gone but the mess with it.

Will you take old paint or chemicals from my shop?

No. I can't haul wet paint, chemicals, or anything hazardous — it's a liability and legal thing. You'll need to take those to a certified disposal site in the area.
